1) The Service
BookIt provides online booking pages and scheduling tools for service businesses. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
2) Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a business account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate business information (address, services, hours) where applicable.
3) Bookings & customer communications
- Customers: When you book an appointment, the business receives your booking details to provide the service.
- Businesses: You are responsible for fulfilling appointments, handling reschedules/cancellations, and complying with local consumer laws.
- We may send booking confirmations, reminders, and service messages as part of the booking flow.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:
- Attempting to access accounts/pages you do not own or control.
- Interfering with security, rate limits, or normal operations.
- Uploading unlawful content or using the Service for spam, harassment, or fraud.
- Reverse engineering or copying the Service beyond what’s permitted by law.
5) Subscriptions, pricing, and billing
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout and any applicable taxes.
- Plans: We may offer early access pricing and standard pricing tiers.
- Early access (“Locked price”): If offered, a locked price applies as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel, the locked price may not be available again.
- Billing cycle: Monthly or annual, depending on your selection.
- Payment processing: Payments are handled by third-party processors; their terms apply.
- Non-payment: We may suspend access if payment fails.
6) Refunds & cancellation
Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable. If you choose to offer a money-back window (e.g., “7 days”), the refund terms must be clearly stated at checkout and on your pricing page.
If you use this, mirror it on the Pricing section so it’s consistent.
7) Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to display your content only as needed to operate the Service.
8) Third-party services
The Service may integrate third-party tools (maps, payment processors, plugins). We are not responsible for third-party services and they may have separate terms.
9) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific business results.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIME Book It will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
11) Indemnification
If you are a business user, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your services, your customer interactions, or your violation of laws or these Terms.
12) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk.
13) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your operating jurisdiction. If you establish a company entity later, you may update this section accordingly.
14) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
